The2Bowmans have been invited by the Australian Federal Government to participate in the Federal Austrade/TradeStart program to export their products and services worldwide. They have established a number of relationships with high profile peak body organizations in the USA. They have been contracted by Craigs List Foundation in the USA to develop an online Strategic Planning course. Craigs List, which established the Foundation in 2001, is a centralized network of online urban communities and is one of the most well known organizations in the USA, with 10 billion page views per month and 40 million people using the website each month.

In early 2000, both Chutisa and Steven quit their full-time senior executive positions to set up business advising and consulting to society-changing and nonprofit organizations. They chose to be together 24/7 and go everywhere and anywhere around the world in their quest to facilitate business leaders to lead with Strategic Awareness. They do this in a unique style that is exemplified by some interesting and unusual facts. They met as childhood sweethearts, have been married for 32 years, and have one daughter. Steven and Chutisa have a rare perspective on global leadership trends, having worked with clients in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America. Their unique blend of gender and cross-cultural experiences has resulted in products and programs that facilitate leaders to lead with Strategic Awareness. They provide blended learning products, toolkits, workshops and articles that have positioned them as thought leaders in these areas. The2Bowmans have currently exported information and blended learning products and services for nonprofit and society changing CEOs and boards to the USA, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Italy and the UK.
The2Bowmans have consulted to a wide range of commercial, professional, trade, welfare, philanthropic and charitable organisations, and have authored or co-authored over 14 books on Governance and Executive Leadership. They currently work with over 1,000 nonprofit and corporate organizations each year in Australia, New Zealand, USA and Asia in Governance, Executive Leadership and Generative Edge strategic planning. They have also been invited to present at international conferences such as the Ninth International Conference on Business and Consciousness 2007 New Mexico USA, and the Women’s Leadership and Empowerment Conference 2007 Thailand.
